Unlike other locations, this pod features a spacious layout, perfect for group sessions or training with your PT, and includes a boxing bag for an extra punch to your routine.

With this payment option, you can book one session at a time. If you'd like to book multiple sessions in advance, our 'Subscribe and Save' memberships are better suited for you.
