Our Oxford East gym, located in Worminghall within the grounds of Thomley House, is one of the latest additions to the My Fit Pod family. This private, state-of-the-art gym is designed to give you everything you need for a focused, high-quality workout—without the crowds.

This Pod features a well-equipped space ideal for solo training, PT sessions, or bringing a friend. Whether you're working on strength, cardio, or general fitness, you'll find top-tier equipment to support your routine—including machines from Peloton and Primal Strength.

As with all My Fit Pods, you’ll enjoy free parking and easy phone access. The gym also includes on-site toilet and changing facilities to make your visit seamless and stress-free.
